The Mystic is a traitor! She's been manipulating us both.-Kalus.
The Mystic is one of Queen Theena's advisers who aids Kameo throughout her quest with her own ulterior motives for doing so. Her race is the sargothan, a race of mystics. She has the ability to use her false, crystal eye to divine the locations of people, Shadow Trolls and Elemental Warriors, as well as communicating with Kameo from the Enchanted Kingdom. She lives in the Enchanted Kingdom until Kameo decides to go to Thorn's Pass, when she disappears. If Kameo enters her hut before leaving for Thorn's Pass, she will find Yeros there commenting on the Mystic's sudden disappearance.
Role in Kameo: Elements of Power
requires expansion/tidying The Mystic tricked King Solon to go and try to defeat Thorn, promising to tell his family of his quest, but doesn't. When Kameo gets the element of power, the Mystic convinced Kalus that her family betrayed her, angering Kalus to the level of awaking Thorn. After Kameo gets wiped out by Thorn during her attempt to save her family, the Mystic takes care of her. When Kameo comes back with the Wotnot, the Mystic tells her where the elemental sprite of Pummel Weed is. After that, the Mystic helps Kameo find the ancestors one by one. After Kameo restores all Elemental Warriors, The Mystic asks for the Wotnot so she can further restore it, only to have Kameo refuse. If Kameo visits her hut, she would not be there.
Trivia
- The Mystic's Crystal Eye appears to be the same color as the Eye of Protection: purple. This is likely coincidental to her restoration of Kameo's broken form at the beginning of the game and merely an aesthetic choice by the designers, as the (green) Eye of Restoration would be more suitable in this regard.
